The A0 Series Laser Displacement Sensor is a high-precision measurement solution designed for challenging industrial environments. Utilizing advanced triangulation technology with a visible 650nm red laser, it provides fast and accurate distance measurement across ranges from 25mm up to 1200mm.
This series distinguishes itself with its robust optical capability. While traditional lasers struggle with dark surfaces, the A0 Series is specifically engineered to measure low-reflectivity targets such as coal, carbon powder, and black rubber, as well as semi-glossy dark objects.
Packed with versatility, the sensor integrates 4-20mA analog output, NPN/PNP switching, and RS485 Modbus communication into a single compact unit. With a resolution as fine as 1 micron and a response time of 1ms, the A0 Series is the perfect choice for quality control, thickness measurement, and level monitoring in mining, automotive, and automated assembly applications.
