Product Introduction
The M12 Flush Proximity Sensor is a robust component designed for space-saving installation in automated equipment. Its Flush (Shielded) construction allows it to be fully embedded in metal blocks or brackets, protecting the sensor body from physical damage in busy machine environments.
With a 2mm sensing range, it is perfectly suited for end-of-travel limits, gripper jaw verification, and general position sensing. The sensor is highly versatile, offering housing materials including Stainless Steel, Plastic, or PTFE. The PTFE version is specifically engineered for harsh wash-down environments where standard metal sensors would corrode. Rated IP67 and operating on 10-30 VDC, it ensures long-term reliability in temperatures ranging from -25 C to +60 C.
