Product Introduction

The RWHY-1500-NP is a high-performance industrial flame detector engineered for critical combustion safety applications. It is specifically calibrated for Blast Furnace Gases (Natural Gas, Coal Gas), ensuring reliable flame monitoring even in complex, high-temperature environments up to 1500 C.

Unlike simple UV sensors that can be triggered by X-rays or lightning, or simple IR sensors triggered by hot refractory walls, the RWHY-1500-NP utilizes a "Spectrum + Flicker" dual-verification system. It confirms the presence of flame by analyzing the specific wavelength (100~650nm) and the characteristic pulsation (jitter) of the fire.

The unit offers flexible integration with 220VAC or 24VDC power options and provides dual Relay outputs for direct connection to burner management systems (BMS) or PLCs. With a detection range of 20 meters and a wide 65-degree viewing angle, it provides comprehensive coverage for large industrial burners.
